Some of nine is a group of young architects active in the fields of architecture, landscape design, interior and graphic design. With offices in Athens, Greece and Mondovi, Italy the group aspires to multidisciplinary collaborations and to the formation of an active network of young and creative professionals.
Vicky Katsarou
Born in Athens in 1980. Graduated from the School of Architecture of NTUA in 2005 and is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece since 2006. Has worked in various architectural firms in Greece and the Netherlands and has participated in small and large scale architectural projects. With some of nine she has participated and has been awarded in architectural and design competitions and has worked on projects involving housing, commercial facilities and hotels. Particularly interested in collective design and the interaction between architecture and man.

Athina Malissianou
Born in Athens in 1978. Graduated from the School of Architecture of NTUA in 2005 and became a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece. Since 2000 she has been collaborating with several architectural practices, working in private building projects (housing, hotels) as well as commercial spaces. Together with some of nine she has participated in competitions, housing and interior design projects and hotel design. Her interest in the energy and bioclimatic design has led her to obtain a license of Energy Inspector in 2013.

Vassilis Mitsopoulos
Born in Athens in 1979. Graduated from the School of Architecture of NTUA in 2006 and became a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece. He has experience in design and construction of large scale building projects, private and public, in the cultural and touristic sector. He likes ‘making’ things.

Andreas Oikonomopoulos
Born in Athens in 1978. Graduated from the School of Architecture of NTUA in 2005 and is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece since 2006. Has worked in architectural and construction firms and has participated in various projects involving housing, commercial, hotels and public works. With some of nine he has participated and has been awarded in architectural and design competitions and has worked on housing and commercial projects. He has a great experience in detailed design and construction but at the same time a great interest in the use of new media in design.

Elina Stylianidi
Born in Athens in 1979. Graduated from the School of Architecture of NTUA in 2005 and became a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece. Since 2012 she has been a member of Ordine degli Architetti della Provincia di Cuneo. Until today she has worked with several architectural firms in Greece and Italy and has participated in small and large scale projects. Together with some of nine she has worked on housing, commercial and hotel projects and specialized construction studies. At the moment she is working in Italy on studies and constructions of housing projects and at the same time collaborating with various italian architectural offices working on the documentation of historical buildings using laser scanning instruments as well as interior design projects. Occasionally she works on graphic and site designing projects.

Francesco Pagani
Born in Italy in 1978. Graduated from Politecnico di Torino in 2005 and has been a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece ever since. Since 2012 he has been a member of Ordine degli Architetti della Provincia di Cuneo. Until today he has collaborated with several architectural firms in Greece and Italy and has participated in small and large scale projects. His main experience was the longtime work on the construction studies of the metro stations ‘Peristeri’ and “Agios Antonios’ of Attico Metro AE, in collaboration with the architectural office ‘ATEN architects’. At the moment he is working in Italy mainly on studies and constructions of housing projects. His latest project is the restoration study of an abandoned traditional settlement in the Italian north. His biggest interest remains the study and construction of large scale projects.
